Resorts

GABOUREL ESTATE MASTER PLAN, MASKELL, BELIZE
The Master Plan for this 14,000 acre estate includes a five-star 2,000-acre resort and harbor, a 6,000-acre community-based agricultural development centered around the small community of Bomba, a regional airport facility, a separate marina village, and a forest preserve.

ORQUIDERA DEL MAR RESORT, GUANACASTE REGION, COSTA RICA
Orquidera del Mar is planned as an eco-resort blending high technology with a stunning natural living environment. The Resort features a 200-slip marina, a mountain golf course with panoramic ocean views, and a limited number of estate lots nestled within the golf course.

RITZ CARLTON DESTINATION RESORT, LITTLE EXUMA ISLAND, BAHAMAS
This exclusive seventeen hundred-acre destination resort on Little Exuma Island includes marinas, 3 golf courses, estate lots, golf-course condos, and 1,500 Hotel and Time Share units. The environmental setting includes seven miles of beachfront orientation on both the leeward and windward sides of the island.

Master Planned Communities and Urban Rejuvenation

LEAGUE CITY RIVER MARKET, LEAGUE CITY, TEXAS
The League City River Market is a series of commercial centers along Clear Creek and forming the northern boundary of League City, Texas. This innovative development was developed in close coordination with environmental groups and the Corps of Engineers to meet a wide range of ecological, civic and business objectives. The plan has received wide support within the League City community.

XINGHUO DEVELOPMENT ZONE INDUSTRIAL NEW TOWN, SHANGHAI REGION, PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA
This is a 1,800-hectare project of the XINGHUO United Development Corp. of Shanghai Pudong New Area, about 30 kilometers south of Shanghai on Hangzhuo Bay. The project will represent one of the first satellite industrial new towns in China, with 150,000 jobs and housing for up to 100,000 future residents. A full array of commercial, educational, cultural, recreational and other support uses is being planned.

AMERICAN CANYON TOWN CENTER, AMERICAN CANYON, CALIFORNIA
This Master Plan for the 500 acre integrated community just south of Napa Valley provides medium to high-density housing anchored by the Town Center for the newly incorporated town of American Canyon. The Town Center core includes a mix of synergistic uses that include the City Hall, a Library, Entertainment and Cultural facilities, as well as retail, specialty and office commercial uses. These uses are organized around a town square and village green.
